Our Junior Program for ages 7-15 strives to build our students’ self-confidence and self-esteem along with improving their focus and teaching them the timeless value of respect.
Our curriculum focuses on more than just kicking and punching. It encompasses a wide range of martial arts skills such as rolling, falling, grappling, light sparring, and ground fighting techniques with the emphasis on self-defense and self-protection. Students are also taught anti-bullying tactics as well as the importance of standing up for themselves. Our students learn and train in a non-competitive atmosphere.
Our Juniors meet twice a week for 45 minutes.
